For order, payment, delivery, cancellation and return questions, please contact the place of purchase first. This includes purchases made through retailers and marketplaces.


For product setup, troubleshooting and model-specific support, Laser can help directly. Please share your model or SKU, where you bought it, proof of purchase if available, and a short description of the issue.


If the product seems faulty, the original place of purchase is usually the first step for purchase-related resolution. Laser can also help with troubleshooting and further warranty guidance where needed.
