Question:
How do warranty, repair and replacement requests work?
Answer:
Laser products include a manufacturer’s warranty, and your rights under Australian Consumer Law apply in addition to that warranty.
If you need help with a faulty product, repair request or replacement request, please have the following ready:
* Proof of purchase, such as your receipt or invoice
* Product model number or SKU
* A short description of the issue
* Where you purchased the product
The correct next step depends on where you bought the product.
If you purchased from a retailer, reseller or marketplace, please contact the place of purchase first for order, payment, return, refund or replacement requests. Laser can still help with product setup, troubleshooting and warranty guidance.
If you purchased directly from Laser and need to request a return, replacement or warranty claim, please use the End User Return Authorisation form on our warranty page.

After you submit a direct end user request, Laser will review your details and aims to respond within 2 to 3 business days with return instructions and a Return Authorisation number where needed.
If you are unsure which channel applies to your purchase, Laser Support can help direct you to the right next step.
