Question: How do warranty, repair and replacement requests work?
Answer:
Laser products include a manufacturer’s warranty, and your rights under Australian Consumer Law apply in addition to that warranty.
If you need help with a faulty product, repair request, or replacement request:
- Keep your proof of purchase, such as your receipt or invoice.
- Have your product model number and a short description of the issue ready.
- Choose the correct support channel based on where you bought the product:
- retailer
- reseller
- direct from Laser
- If you purchased directly from Laser and need to request a return, replacement, or warranty claim, use the End User Return Authorisation form.
- After you submit a direct end user request, Laser reviews it and aims to respond within 2 to 3 business days with return instructions and a Return Authorisation number where needed.
Laser Support can also help direct you to the right next step if you are unsure which channel applies to your purchase.
