What should I do if the LSH-B22WW10W Smart Light is not connecting to the app?
- Ensure your Wi-Fi username and password are correct and that you are using a 2.4GHz Wi-Fi connection.
- If the light is not blinking or entering pairing mode, turn it ON/OFF four times.
- If the light is blinking slowly and will not pair, it might be in AP pairing mode. Switch from EZ Mode to AP Mode on the “Reset the Device first” screen in the app.
