Sound from One Earphone:
- Ensure both earphones are charged.
- Re-sync according to the manual if needed.
Connection Issues:
- Confirm Bluetooth is active on your device.
- Remove earphones from the case for automatic pairing mode.
- Refresh Bluetooth search and select 'AO-AB300'.
Audio Playback Interruptions:
- Stay within the 10-meter wireless range.
- Avoid interacting with the touch area when adjusting the earphones.
