EPS-PBTWB-078 Earbuds Troubleshooting: Audio and Connectivity

  • If experiencing audio from only one earbud:
  • Confirm both earbuds are charged.
  • Resync earbuds by returning them to the charging case, then remove to retry synchronization.


For connectivity issues:

  • Activate Bluetooth on your device.
  • Check that earbuds aren't already connected to another device.
  • Maintain a distance within 10 meters during connection attempts.
