No Power: Ensure the case is charged using a 5V/1A USB wall adapter and check after overnight charging.
Problems Connecting to Bluetooth: Make sure the earbuds are next to your device, refresh the Bluetooth list if "AO-AK250TWS" doesn't appear, and allow up to 1 minute for them to show.
