- Ensure your headset is in Bluetooth mode and next to your device when trying to pair.
- If "HPS-HEAD30" does not appear on your device's Bluetooth list, refresh the list or search again.
- Allow up to 5 minutes for the headset to appear on the Bluetooth list.
- If the headset is already connected to another device, unpair it from that device first or move it out of the range before trying to connect to a new device.
