MSE-M1210-PK: Troubleshooting Device Detection and Lighting

If your MSE-M1210-PK RGB Lightweight Gaming Mouse is not detected or the lights are not working, try these troubleshooting steps:

  1. Unplug the mouse and reconnect it to the USB port.
  2. Use a different USB port on your computer.
  3. Check for any lights on the mouse to confirm it's receiving power.
  4. If the mouse works but the lights are off, press the LED switch on the bottom of the mouse to cycle through the lighting modes.
