KBX-SRMKM-937: Troubleshooting Device Detection and Lighting

Follow these steps if your KBX-SRMKM-937 keyboard and mouse are not recognized by your computer or if the keyboard lights aren't working:

  1. Unplug the device and plug it back into the USB port.
  2. Try another USB port on your computer.
  3. Check if there are any lights on the keyboard. If not, then it is not receiving any power.
  4. Test the device on another computer.
  5. Ensure the computer’s core and optional software are up to date.
  6. If the keyboard is working but there are no lights, the LED lights could be turned off. Press the Fn + Lighting buttons on the keyboard to switch between the different lighting modes.
