Try the relevant check below:

Camera will not turn on:

- The battery may be flat. Fully charge the battery before trying again.

Camera will not charge:

- Check that the USB cable is properly connected at both ends.

- Use a 5V DC USB power source.

Camera cannot save photos or videos:

- Insert a compatible MicroSD card if no card is installed.

- If the card is full, delete files or use another compatible card.

MicroSD card is not detected:

- Turn the camera off and reinsert the card with the metal contacts facing the back of the camera.

- Use a Class 10 MicroSD card with a capacity of up to 64GB.

- If required, format the card using the camera.

Camera cannot record video:

- Check that a compatible MicroSD card is installed and has available storage space.
