Question: Why can my Laser Digital Camcorder not save videos or detect the microSD card?

If the Laser Digital 1080p Camcorder with 16x Zoom - Black cannot save a photo or video:
1. Confirm that a Class 10 microSD card is installed.
2. Check whether the card is full.
3. If it is full, delete unwanted files or use another compatible card.
If the microSD card is not detected:
1. Turn off the camcorder before removing the card.
2. Reinsert the card with its metal contacts facing the screen.
3. Do not force the card into the slot.
4. If the card is larger than 32GB, format it using the camcorder before recording.
The supported maximum microSD card capacity is 64GB.
