Question: How do I factory reset the NAVC-7CPN962 7-Inch CarPlay/Android Auto Screen?

Answer:

  1. Disconnect and forget the CarPlay screen on your phone.
  2. Turn off Bluetooth and Wi-Fi on the connected device.
  3. On the CarPlay screen, go to Setup > > Default to reset the device.
