NAVC-7CP-931: Factory Resetting the CarPlay Screen

Question: How do I factory reset the 7" Portable CarPlay™ / Android Auto™ (Model: NAVC-7CP-931)?

Answer:

  1. Disconnect and forget the CarPlay screen on your phone.
  2. Turn off Bluetooth and Wi-Fi on the connected device.
  3. On the CarPlay screen, go to Setup > > Default.

Note: The reset button at the back of the device is not operational.
