1. Turn the unit off.
2. Once the device is completely switched off, press and hold the POWER button and while that button is being held also press and hold the VOLUME UP button.
3. You will see the Laser logo come up, and then a black screen with several options in blue and bronze colours.
4. Using the VOLUME UP/DOWN buttons to navigate the menu, select 'Wipe data/factory reset' using the POWER button.
5. The same blue and bronze menu will pop up again. Select the 'Reboot system now' option. The Laser logo will pop up and the tablet will then reboot.
6. This will reset the tablet to all factory settings and data (just like a brand new device).
