MID-1085-PNK - Fix Android Recovery Screen Issue

If your MID-1085-PNK tablet goes to the Android Recovery screen when it starts, follow these steps to fix it:

  1. Hold the POWER button down for a few seconds to turn your device off.
  2. Hold the VOL+ and POWER buttons together down for about 15 seconds until you see the Laser logo running, followed by a black screen with a blue and bronze menu.
  3. Select "Wipe data/factory reset" by using the VOL- and VOL+ buttons to navigate the menu and the POWER button to select an option.
  4. Select "Factory data reset". After the factory reset is complete, the device will return to the blue and bronze menu.
  5. Select "Reboot system now" to complete the process.
