Use these checks if the Laser 10000mAh LiFePO4 CCC Power Bank or a connected device is charging more slowly than expected:

1. For faster power bank recharging, use a suitable USB-C PD wall adaptor. Recharge time is up to 2.5 hours with a PD wall adaptor.

2. A 10W wall adaptor can take up to 5 hours to recharge the power bank.

3. Use the included 60W USB-C to USB-C cable or a certified equivalent.

4. For fast device charging, connect a compatible USB-C PD device to the USB-C output.

5. The maximum USB-C output is 20W when used independently.

6. When USB-C and USB-A outputs are used together, combined output is limited to 10W maximum.

7. Charge in an open, well-ventilated area within the operating range of 0 to 35 degrees Celsius.

Charging performance can vary according to the connected device, battery capacity, cable, usage, battery condition and normal energy conversion losses.
