The Laser Smart Home Outdoor 4G Dual Camera with 3W Solar Panel lets you adjust motion detection settings in the Connect SmartHome app.
Motion detection settings can include:
- Motion detection on or off
- Recording length after motion is detected
- Alarm interval between alerts
- Motion sensitivity
- Human detection only
- Motion tracking
- Object outlines
- Siren when an event is detected
To reduce false alerts, review the mounting position first. Avoid pointing the camera at swaying trees, moving cars, people on the road, direct streetlights, bright sunlight or glass.
The top camera is fixed and helps detect motion events. The lower PTZ camera is used for viewing and following motion, but does not trigger motion events itself.
