Question: What should I check if my Laser Jellyfish Speaker is not working properly?

Try the relevant check below:


1. Speaker will not turn on - charge the speaker and try again.

2. Cannot connect to Bluetooth - make sure Bluetooth is turned on and select SP-JELLDG-247.

3. Speaker not reconnecting - forget the device in Bluetooth settings and pair again.

4. No sound - check the volume on the speaker and your device.

5. Micro SD card not playing - reinsert the Micro SD card and make sure it contains music files.


These checks apply to the Laser 5W Jelly Fish Night Light Speaker - Dark Grey.
