Question: What should I do if my Laser Foldable RGB Headphones will not pair?

If the Laser Wireless Foldable RGB Headphones will not pair with your Bluetooth device, try these checks:

  1. Keep the headphones next to your device during pairing.
  2. Make sure the AUX cable is disconnected.
  3. Make sure the headphones are in pairing mode.
  4. Turn the headphones off and on again to return to pairing mode.
  5. If the headphones are already paired to another device, disconnect them from that device first.
  6. Refresh or search again in your device Bluetooth settings.
  7. Wait up to 1 minute for HP-BT26 to appear.

If the connection drops:

  • Stay within 10 m where possible.
  • Remove obstacles where possible.
  • Avoid interference from other devices.
