NRGVault 100W Power Station FAQ – Won’t Turn On

Question: The power station will not turn on. What should I do?
Answer:
This usually means the battery is very low.

Connect the power station to a charger using the USB-C1 port.
Charge for at least 10 minutes.
Press the Power Button to turn it on.

Once powered, the LCD display should turn on and show the battery icon.
