Question: How do I request a replacement for my Laser Wireless CarPlay Dongle?

Answer:
If the dongle does not work after completing all checks, you can request a replacement.


Model reference: NAVC-WD25-649 and NAVC-WD25N656.


The process is:

  1. Fill out the online replacement request form.

    1. https://help.laserco.com.au/support/tickets/new?ticket_form=carplay_dongle_replacement_request

  2. Provide dongle type, phone model, OS version, car make and year, a short description of the issue, and proof of purchase.

  3. Send the dongle back to Laser. Do not return it to the store.

  4. Laser will test the dongle. If it is faulty or incompatible, a replacement will be sent at no cost.

  5. If the replacement also fails, you may return it to your retailer for a refund.
