Question: What should I do if my V-Fitness Smart Band won’t connect to my phone?
Answer:
• Ensure Bluetooth is on and the band is within 10 metres of your phone.
• Remove the device from the Tom Fit Pro app and pair again.
• Close and reopen the app to refresh the connection.
• Allow the app to run in the background for continuous syncing.
