Question: What should I do if my headphones are not working properly?

Answer:

Headphones Won’t Turn On:
- Charge the battery.
No Sound:
- Check the volume on both the headphones and your device.
- Ensure the Bluetooth connection is active.
Bluetooth Pairing Issues:
- Place the headphones close to your device while pairing.
- Ensure the AUX cable is unplugged.
- Ensure the headphones are in pairing mode. Turn them off and on again if needed.
- If the headphones’ Bluetooth name does not appear, refresh the device list and wait up to 1 minute.
