Question: What should I do if the NAVC-WDCPN587 isn't connecting?
Answer:

  • Reconnect via Bluetooth settings if the connection drops.
  • Make sure Wi-Fi is enabled, as the dongle uses Wi-Fi for its connection.
  • For Android Auto, ensure the app is updated from the Google Play Store.
  • Clear Bluetooth cache if issues persist:
    • Turn off Bluetooth.
    • Clear the cache from the app management settings.
  • Restart the dongle and reconnect your phone if needed.
