- Ensure you are using a 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network, as 5GHz is not supported.

- Make sure the LED indicator is solid green. If it is not, press and hold the pairing button for 5 seconds to re-enter pairing mode.
- Move the controller closer to the Wi-Fi router temporarily for initial setup, then return it to the garage.
- Restart the Laser Smart Home app and try again.
