Question: What should I do if the LSH-GARAGEOPN Smart Garage Door Opener is not connecting to Wi-Fi?

Answer:

  1. Ensure you are using a 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network, as 5GHz is not supported.
  2. Check the Wi-Fi signal strength near the garage door. If weak, consider using a Wi-Fi extender.
  3. Make sure the LED indicator is solid green. If it is not, press and hold the pairing button for 5 seconds to re-enter pairing mode.
  4. Move the controller closer to the Wi-Fi router temporarily for initial setup, then return it to the garage.
  5. Restart the Laser Smart Home app and try again.
