NAVC-7CP-931: Audio Output Options

Question: How do I set up audio output on the 7" Portable CarPlay™ / Android Auto™ (Model: NAVC-7CP-931)?

Answer:

FM Transmitter Mode:

1. Tune the car radio to an unused FM frequency (e.g., 106.2MHz).
2. On the CarPlay home screen, tap the [FM Transmit] icon.
3. Press the ON/OFF button to turn it on.
4. Use the presets, < or > buttons, or number pad to set to the unused FM frequency.
5. Ensure the volume is up on the transmitter, car stereo, and your device.

3.5mm AUX Connection:

1. Connect the included 3.5mm audio cable from the CarPlay screen's aux output to your car stereo's aux input.
2. Switch your car stereo to Aux mode.

Built-In Speaker:

• Use the CarPlay screen's speakers for audio.
• Adjust the volume by tapping the [speaker] icon in the top-right corner of the CarPlay home screen.
