Here are the steps on how to change the mouse base light:

• Press and hold the mouse's back button.
• While continuing to hold the back button, press and hold the right mouse button.
• Hold both buttons for about 3 seconds.
• The light changes with each press:
  • Blue
  • Green
  • Off
  • Rainbow mode
