MID-1085-PNK - Sound Issues with Headset

If you can't hear anything through your headset or the sound quality is very bad:

1. Ensure speakers are not obstructed (e.g., laying flat on a table).
2. Ensure volume is turned up.
3. Check the music file on another device to make sure it is not damaged.
4. Try using another pair of headphones.
