The Smart Plug isn't connecting to the app. How can I fix this?

  • Confirm your Wi-Fi username and password are correct.
  • Make sure you're on a 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network.
  • If EZ Mode doesn’t work, switch to AP Mode by holding the pairing button for 5 seconds and follow the in-app directions.
