- Phone case thickness must not exceed 5mm.
- Ensure the back of your phone is free from obstructions such as credit cards or metal objects.
- Place your phone directly on the center of the charging pad to align the coils.
- For some phones (e.g., Sony), the wireless charging coil is located just below the center.
- Try swapping the vertical and horizontal placement of your phone.
