If your device is charging slowly:
- Ensure there are no obstructions on the back of your device, such as credit cards or metal objects.
- Place the device on the center of the charging surface.
- Make sure phone cases are not thicker than 5mm.
- Confirm you are using the supplied Power Adapter and Charging Cable.
