            VF-ACTMON01: Charging Your Activity Monitor

            To charge your VF-ACTMON01:


            1. Remove the strap to expose the USB connector.
            2. Plug the USB connector into a standard USB charger.
            3. The device will vibrate to indicate that charging has started.
            4. It is ready to use once fully charged.
