- For no power, check the battery level, turn on the speaker while connected to a power source, and try charging with a USB Wall Adapter.
- If the radio is not clear, change the speaker location, connect a Micro USB cable into the charging port to improve FM reception, and isolate the speaker from other devices to prevent interference.
- For USB or Micro SD Card issues, ensure the storage device is 32GB or less, formatted to FAT32 or exFAT, and contains only MP3 music files.
