SPK-SB300-074: Fixing Dolby Atmos Playback Issues

  • For Dolby Atmos issues on the SPK-SB300-074, verify that the content supports Dolby Atmos. Only Certain shows support Dolby Atmos and this will be indicated by a Dolby Atmos icon on the information page of the program. If there is no Dolby Atmos icon, either the show does not support it or your device / TV is not setup correctly for the Dolby Atmos.
  • Ensure your input source (TV or device) is configured correctly to enable Dolby Atmos output. E.g. Most TVs will need to enable a setting to output Audio as Bitstream/RAW/Passthrough. This setting may have a different name and process to activate it based on your TV manufacturer. We recommend contacting the manufacturer or referring to the TV user manual for specific instructions on how to enable this setting.
  • Check you are only using the eARC/ARC port on your TV/device.
